About : The Practitioner

For twenty-six years, I worked in the pharmacy industry, managing pharmaceuticals and inventory. Over time, my passion shifted deeply toward nutrition and holistic health practices. Working through the pandemic in 2020 accelerated this transition, guiding me toward a new path in wellness.

In early 2021, I completed my Usui Chiki Ryoho Reiki I & II certifications. Experiencing this subtle energy firsthand ignited an inner pull toward deeper energetic healing. This calling led me to shamanic energy medicine. In May of 2023, I began training under a mentor who studied directly with Dr. Alberto Villoldo and the Q’ero shamans of the Peruvian Andes. After completing a year-long Medicine Wheel program, I became a Certified Shamanic Practitioner and a Mesa Carrier.

Recognizing that energy medicine can feel abstract to the general public, I wanted to provide a more tangible, grounded approach to somatic healing. This inspired me to pursue Massage Therapy in 2023. I completed 750 hours of intensive training at the Georgia Career Institute, earning specialized certificates in Allied Modalities, Sports Modalities, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Modalities, Swedish Modalities, Neuromuscular Therapy and Asian Modalities. After passing the MBLEX in 2024 I became a Licensed Massage Therapist.

To bridge the mind-body connection even further. I became Certified in Hypnotherapy in 2025. I also hold certificates in Dynamic Cupping, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Acupressure, reflecting my deep interest in Eastern Medicine. Today, I weave and balance these physical, mental, and energetic tools to support my clients’ total well-being.
